1. Scope
This policy applies to every account, Offer, post, message, review, group session and Connection on SuCo. It works alongside the Community Guidelines (behaviour) and the Terms of Service. Where this policy is stricter than another set of rules, this policy wins. The restricted-business rules of SuCo's approved payment provider also apply to everything sold here, and SuCo may be stricter than any provider requires.
2. What SuCo is for (permitted)
SuCo is for paid access to a person's time, talent and knowledge. Examples of permitted Offers:
- Coaching, tutoring, lessons, mentoring, career and interview practice, language practice.
- Creative and technical skills: music, art, design, writing, code review, portfolio feedback.
- Fitness, nutrition guidance, wellness routines and accountability check-ins (non-medical).
- Entertainment: performances, readings, gaming sessions, streams and Q&A with a creator.
- Platonic companionship and conversation: a call to talk through your day, practise social skills, or share a hobby.
- Expert consultations that do not require a licence, or where the provider holds and states the required licence.
- Group workshops, classes, clubs and community sessions.
- Subscriber-only posts and updates from a creator.
3. Prohibited — never allowed
Offering, requesting, arranging or paying for any of the following is prohibited and results in removal. A copyable summary is on the Prohibited Industries & Activities page.
- Sexual or adult services and content — escorting, sexual companionship, "girlfriend/boyfriend experience", erotic or nude content, sexual chat, fetish services, webcam sex, and anything marketed with sexual innuendo. Companionship on SuCo is platonic and non-physical only.
- Dating, matchmaking or romance as a paid service, and any in-person meeting arranged for romantic or sexual purposes.
- Anything involving minors — accounts under 18, content sexualising minors, or services directed at or delivered to minors.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, coercion or forced labour in any form.
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances, drug paraphernalia sales, and services to obtain or use them.
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition, and instruction in manufacturing them.
- Fraud, scams and financial crime — pyramid or MLM recruitment, "guaranteed returns", money-flipping, account trading, credential sales, identity documents, laundering, and cash-out schemes.
- Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes and paid prediction or tip services for betting.
- Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking and content that dehumanises people based on a protected characteristic.
- Violence, self-harm and dangerous challenges, including services that encourage them.
- Impersonation of a person, brand or SuCo staff; fake credentials; fake reviews.
- Intellectual-property infringement — pirated media, counterfeit goods, unlicensed resale of others' courses or content.
- Regulated professional advice without a licence — medical diagnosis or treatment, therapy or counselling presented as clinical care, legal representation, tax or investment advice, presented as professional services without the licence required where you and the buyer are.
- Physical goods, shipping and delivery — SuCo is for access to people, not for selling products.
- Payment-circumvention — advertising off-platform payment handles, taking a SuCo buyer off-platform to pay, or splitting a Connection to avoid fees.
- Anything illegal where the provider, the buyer or SuCo is located.
4. Restricted — allowed only with conditions
- In-person sessions. Allowed only for clearly non-romantic services (e.g. tutoring, fitness, photography) in public or professional settings. The Offer must say so, and the provider must be SuCo Verified. This is enforced by review, reports and removal rather than an automatic system block. Meetings at private residences for companionship are not allowed.
- Health, fitness and nutrition. Educational and motivational only. No diagnosis, prescription, or claims to treat or cure a condition.
- Mental wellbeing and life coaching. Allowed as coaching and peer support. Must not be described as therapy, counselling or treatment unless the provider is licensed and states it.
- Financial, legal, tax and immigration topics. General education only unless the provider is licensed and states the licence and jurisdiction on the Offer.
- Alcohol, cannabis and tobacco topics. Educational discussion for adults only; no sales, sourcing or consumption on camera as the product.
- Spiritual services (tarot, astrology, coaching). Allowed as entertainment; no claims to cure, guarantee outcomes, or replace medical or financial advice.
- Political, religious and cause-based content. Allowed; fundraising for third parties and paid political messaging are not.
5. Content rules for profiles, posts and Offers
- Use your real identity or a consistent creator identity; don't claim credentials you don't hold.
- Describe exactly what a buyer receives: format, duration, what's included, what isn't.
- No nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, or innuendo in photos, titles, descriptions or usernames.
- No external payment links, handles or QR codes anywhere on your profile, posts or messages.
- No contact-harvesting, spam, mass DMs or engagement-bait.
- Only upload media you own or are licensed to use.
6. How we enforce this
SuCo may monitor, review, block, remove or disable any content, Offer, message, call or Connection, and may restrict, suspend or terminate any account, that is illegal, prohibited, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise breaks SuCo's rules or payment card network standards — with or without notice where safety or the law requires. Uploaded photos and videos are screened automatically before others can see them (videos across the whole clip, including audio), and public text — bios, service descriptions, offers and posts — is checked automatically before it is published. Clearly acceptable content publishes automatically, clear violations are rejected, and only flagged or uncertain items — or items the automated check could not complete — are held for review by SuCo staff. Automatic screening does not catch everything, and anyone can report missed content; reports are reviewed by people on our team. Repeated confirmed violations suspend posting on the account. SuCo does not record calls and does not automatically screen all message text. The controls we use are reports, staff review, pausing a Connection, suspending accounts and removing content; messages and calls are blocked while a Connection is paused or an account is suspended.
Offers can be paused for review, restricted or removed; accounts can be warned, restricted, suspended or terminated; earnings connected to a violation can be held or cancelled. Zero-tolerance categories (minors, sexual services, trafficking, credible threats, fraud) are actioned immediately and may be reported to law enforcement. Every enforcement action is logged and can be appealed from Settings, unless it involves a zero-tolerance category.
Report anything you see from the report menu on any profile, post, Offer, message or Connection. Reports are confidential.
7. Changes
We update this list as SuCo grows and as the rules of our approved payment provider change. The version and effective date at the top identify the copy you accepted; material changes are shown in-product and require re-acceptance from providers.
