1. Who runs SuCo
SuCo is a brand and platform operated by J5 Cleaning Services LLC, a United States limited liability company, 8442 Fury Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32244, at MySuCo.app. SuCo is the platform and the merchant of record for purchases; independent providers deliver the sessions and content. SuCo is not an adult, dating or gig-delivery platform and does not sell physical goods.
2. One account, two sides
Everyone joins as a Member — free, 18+, with a date of birth checked at signup. Members follow people, read public posts, message and buy. Any Member can switch on provider mode to sell access. Providers pass a staged activation (accept Provider Terms, optional review, payout verification) before Offers go on sale.
3. What is sold
| Offer type | What the buyer gets | How it's charged |
|---|---|---|
| Book | A 1-on-1 session at a chosen time for a set duration (text, voice or video). | Once, at checkout |
| Subscribe | Ongoing access to a provider — posts, messaging and whatever the Offer includes. | Recurring on the stated interval until turned off |
| Access | A fixed number of days of access, e.g. a 30-day mentoring window. | Once, at checkout |
| Join | A seat in a group session with a set start time and capacity. | Once, at checkout |
| Tip | Nothing — a voluntary thank-you. | Once; no Connection created |
Permitted categories are things like coaching, lessons, creative feedback, fitness guidance, entertainment and platonic companionship. Sexual or romantic services, anything involving minors, drugs, weapons, gambling and fraud are banned — see the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. From purchase to Connection
- The member reads the Offer, sees the price and refund policy, confirms a short acknowledgement and pays on the payment provider's secure checkout.
- Only after the payment provider confirms the charge does SuCo create a Connection: a private thread, the schedule, and (for voice/video) a private call room.
- The provider delivers. For scheduled sessions, completion can't be confirmed before the start time. Either side can report a no-show.
- Once delivered, the member can leave a review and the provider's earnings begin clearing.
5. How money moves
- Members pay exactly the Offer price; no fees are added at checkout.
- SuCo keeps a 12% platform fee and passes on the payment provider's actual processing fee; both come out of the provider's side.
- Provider earnings sit in a ledger as pending → available, with a clearance hold based on standing, optional holds during disputes, and an optional rolling reserve.
- Providers withdraw available funds to a payout account they verify with the payment provider (identity + bank). SuCo never holds bank or ID data.
- Refunds are requested in-app, decided by SuCo staff and returned to the original payment method; the provider's net is reversed.

6. Trust and safety
- 18+ enforced at the database level; explicit age attestation recorded with every policy acceptance and purchase.
- Optional government-ID verification for the SuCo Verified mark; mandatory identity verification for payouts.
- Report and block from every profile, post, Offer, message and Connection; human moderation queue with severity levels and a full audit log.
- Staged provider status and per-Offer review status so anything questionable can be paused without touching the rest of the account.
- Appeals from Settings; support that works signed out.

7. For partners and reviewers
If you are reviewing SuCo on behalf of a payment provider, bank or partner: the full policy library is linked at the bottom of this page, every policy carries a version identifier that matches the acceptance records we keep, and our support team can provide a demo account and a walkthrough of the admin Compliance Center on request via Contact Support.
