Community Guidelines

People come to SuCo to follow someone they find interesting, then pay for real access — a coaching session, a lesson, a co-op gaming night, a portfolio review, a group workshop, a conversation with someone who gets it. Providers set their own prices and choose exactly what they offer.

• Coaching, mentoring, training and accountability.
• Teaching, tutoring, language practice and skill instruction.
• Creative and professional work: reviews, critiques, design, writing, music, production.
• Entertainment: gaming, streaming, hosting, performance, hobby sessions.
• Platonic companionship and conversation — friendly, supportive, non-romantic, non-sexual company.
• Group experiences and live sessions with a set time and limited seats.

Companionship on SuCo is platonic only. Talking, listening, keeping someone company, sharing a hobby, body-doubling while they work — all fine. What is never allowed:

• Sexual services, sexual acts, or any paid arrangement that is sexual in nature, in person or online.
• Explicit sexual content: nudity, sexual imagery, sexual audio or sexually explicit descriptions.
• Romantic, dating, escort, sugar or arrangement-style Offers, or presenting SuCo access as any of those.
• Sexual solicitation of another member, including through private messages, tips or Offer descriptions.
• Suggestive framing, tags, imagery or usernames intended to signal sexual availability.

SuCo is not an adult platform and will not become one. This rule applies to profiles, posts, media, Offer copy, messages and off-platform links.

Every account holder must be 18 or older. Never involve a minor in a Connection, never offer services aimed at minors, and never share content involving minors. If you believe someone on SuCo is underage, report it — we treat it as zero tolerance and act immediately.

• Sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or any content involving minors.
• Threats, violence, credible intimidation, doxxing, stalking or targeted harassment.
• Hate or dehumanising attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods or counterfeit items.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, fake giveaways, money laundering, extortion or illegal gambling.
• Impersonating another person, brand or SuCo staff, or faking verification.
• Sharing someone else's private information, private media or private conversations.
• Non-consensual recording, screenshotting or redistribution of a session or conversation.
• Malware, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to break platform security or manipulate balances.

If it starts on SuCo, it gets paid on SuCo. Do not ask a buyer to pay you directly, do not post external payment handles for platform work, and do not move a Connection off-platform to avoid the fee. Off-platform payment removes the buyer's protections and the Connection record that supports both of you in a dispute.

• Describe your Offer accurately: what happens, how long, what the buyer gets.
• Only publish availability you can actually keep, in your own timezone.
• Show up on time. If something goes wrong, message the buyer early rather than going silent.
• Do not mark a session complete before it has happened — the platform enforces this.
• Do not misrepresent credentials, and do not present coaching as licensed medical, therapy, legal or financial advice.

Treat Providers as professionals. Do not pressure someone into anything outside their Offer, do not push for sexual or romantic contact, do not haggle after purchase, and do not use chargebacks in place of SuCo support. Tips are appreciation, not leverage.

Review only Connections you actually had. Do not buy, sell, trade or incentivise reviews, do not retaliate with a review, and do not use fake accounts, engagement rings or spam to inflate reach.

Every profile, post, Offer, message and Connection can be reported. Reports go to SuCo trust and safety with the context needed to review them. Please report once per issue and add detail — duplicate reports on the same thing do not speed anything up. Report anything you think is unsafe, even if you are not sure.

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content or an Offer, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access. We may also hold, withhold or reverse earnings tied to the violation. Anything involving minors, trafficking, exploitation or credible threats results in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
