SuCo platform policy

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SuCo — the account you create, the Connections you buy or sell, and the money that moves between people on the platform.

J5 Cleaning Services LLC, operating the SuCo platform and brand at MySuCo.app

1. Who we are and what SuCo is

SuCo is a social marketplace for human access, operated by J5 Cleaning Services LLC ("SuCo", "we", "us") at MySuCo.app. People follow each other for free, and can pay for access to another person's time, talent, knowledge, entertainment, coaching, companionship and other permitted skills or experiences.

SuCo is a platform that facilitates Connections between people. SuCo is not the employer, agent, partner, representative or joint venturer of any user, and SuCo does not provide, supervise, guarantee or perform the services that users offer. Providers act for themselves and are responsible for what they offer, how they deliver it, and their own taxes, licenses and legal obligations.

2. You must be 18 or older

SuCo is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use the platform, buy access or earn money. You confirm your age when you create your account. If we believe an account holder is under 18, we will remove access.

3. One account, both sides

Everyone joins SuCo as a Member with a single account. Any Member can switch on provider mode ("Start Earning") to publish Offers and earn. There is no second account and no separate login. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and you must keep your login credentials secure.

You must not create an account to impersonate another person or brand, and you must not use SuCo if we have previously terminated your access.

4. How Connections work

Providers set their own prices. SuCo does not set, negotiate or guarantee any Offer price. SuCo supports:

  • Subscribe — recurring access to a Provider, billed on the interval shown on the Offer, renewing automatically until cancelled.
  • Book — a one-time scheduled session at a specific date and time, in the Provider's timezone, for the duration shown.
  • Join — a one-time group experience with a set session time and limited seats. Seats are first come, first served, and a session may be limited or fill before you complete checkout.
  • Tip — a voluntary one-time payment to show appreciation. A Tip is money only: it does not create a Connection, does not entitle you to a session or deliverable, and does not create review eligibility.

A paid Subscribe, Book or Join creates a Connection and a private conversation between the participants. What the Provider owes you is what their Offer describes. Anything promised outside the Offer is between you and the Provider, and SuCo is not responsible for it.

5. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown when you subscribed, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Connections. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless we say otherwise or the law requires it, the current paid period continues to its end and is not prorated. If a renewal payment fails, access may pause or end.

6. Payments, fees and payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. SuCo does not store your full card details. By paying on SuCo you also agree to the payment processor's applicable terms. Buyers pay the price shown on the Offer.

SuCo's platform fee is 12% of the Provider's earnings on each successful transaction, and the payment processor's actual processing fees are also borne by the Provider. Provider earnings therefore equal the amount paid, less the 12% SuCo fee, less the actual processing fees for that transaction. Earnings first appear as an estimate of the processing fee and are reconciled to the exact amount once the processor confirms it. Joining SuCo, creating an account and following people are always free.

Prices and fees are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your own income or purchases.

7. Fulfillment, cancellations, refunds and no-shows

Providers are expected to deliver what their Offer describes, at the scheduled time where one applies. Completion of a scheduled session cannot be confirmed before that session's scheduled time has effectively arrived.

Cancellations, refunds, partial refunds and no-show outcomes are handled according to the applicable Offer terms and SuCo's platform rules, including our review of the Connection record, the conversation, timing and reliability history. Where a refund is issued after a Provider's earnings were released, SuCo may recover that amount from the Provider's balance or future earnings. SuCo's decision on a marketplace dispute is final for platform purposes; it does not affect rights you may have under law.

8. Provider earnings, clearance and payouts

Provider earnings move through states: pending while a Connection is still open, clearing after fulfillment, and available once the applicable hold has passed. Hold length depends on account standing — new accounts and accounts under review clear more slowly. Withdrawals require completed payout onboarding and identity verification through Stripe, and are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount shown in your Earnings.

SuCo may delay, hold, reverse or withhold earnings and payouts where there is a refund, chargeback, suspected fraud, policy violation, unresolved dispute, or a legal or processor requirement. Where an account owes SuCo a negative balance after a reversal, that balance may be recovered from future earnings.

9. Chargebacks and fraud

Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank instead of using SuCo support is a violation of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in chargeback abuse, payment fraud, stolen instruments, or coordinated manipulation of purchases, reviews or balances, and we may pass on processor dispute costs.

10. What is not allowed

Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms and list what SuCo permits and prohibits. In short: no explicit sexual content or sexual services, no exploitation or trafficking, no minors, no illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, scams, extortion or illegal gambling, no hate, threats or serious harassment, no impersonation, no knowingly facilitating illegal activity, and no offering regulated medical, therapy, legal or financial services while misrepresenting your qualifications.

11. No off-platform fee circumvention

If a Connection is discovered, arranged, negotiated or delivered through SuCo, payment for it must happen on SuCo. Moving payment off-platform to avoid SuCo's fee, soliciting a buyer to pay you directly, or advertising external payment handles for platform work is prohibited. It also removes the buyer's protections and the Connection record. We may remove content, withhold earnings related to the circumvention, and suspend or terminate accounts for it.

12. Your content and licence to SuCo

You keep ownership of the profile content, posts, media, Offers and messages you create. You grant SuCo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for format or size, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, moderate and display the SuCo platform, including showing it to the audiences you chose. This licence ends when your content is removed, except for copies retained for backup, safety, legal or financial-record purposes.

You must have the rights to everything you upload. SuCo's name, brand, design and software remain ours. We respond to valid intellectual-property complaints and may remove infringing content and repeat-infringer accounts.

13. Reviews

Reviews are only available to participants of an eligible completed Connection. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Buying, selling, trading, incentivising or retaliating through reviews is prohibited, and we may remove reviews that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

14. Enforcement, suspension and appeals

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content or Offers, and withhold or reverse earnings, where we reasonably believe these Terms, the Community Guidelines or the law have been broken, or to protect users, SuCo or our processors. Severe cases — including anything involving minors, trafficking, exploitation or credible threats — are actioned immediately.

You can see your account standing and submit an appeal from your account, and you can reach us through SuCo Support. Risk signals such as a shared device or shared network are treated as signals for review, not as proof of wrongdoing on their own.

15. Disclaimers

SuCo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We do not employ, endorse, screen for skill, or guarantee any user, Offer, statement, qualification, outcome, or the quality, legality or safety of anything a Provider delivers. Verification badges and identity checks reduce risk; they are not a guarantee about a person. You interact with other people at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own judgement, safety and legal compliance.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuCo and J5 Cleaning Services LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or the acts or omissions of any user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amount of SuCo platform fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify SuCo against claims arising from your content, your Offers, your Connections, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as SuCo evolves. We will update the effective date above, and material changes will be surfaced in the product. Continuing to use SuCo after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using SuCo at any time; provisions on money, records, liability and enforcement survive.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms, an account decision, a Connection or a payment can be raised through SuCo Support inside your account. If you cannot sign in — including if your access is restricted — use our public Contact Support form instead. Privacy questions are handled the same way — see our Privacy Policy.
