SuCo platform policy
Provider Agreement
If you switch on provider mode and sell access to your time, talent or knowledge, these terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service.
- Effective date
- September 6, 2026
- Operator
- J5 Cleaning Services LLC, 8442 Fury Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32244, operating the SuCo platform and brand at MySuCo.app
- Version
- 2026-10-01
1. Becoming a provider
- Any Member in good standing who is 18 or older can activate provider mode from Start Earning. You confirm your age, accept these terms and the linked policies, and your acceptance is recorded with the policy version, date and time.
- Provider accounts are screened at activation. Eligible providers without meaningful compliance or risk flags may be approved automatically. Providers with meaningful risk/compliance flags, or when SuCo enables the emergency manual-review override, are held in Pending Review for human review before they can sell. Restricted and Suspended are enforcement states. Offers may only be sold while your provider status permits it. You can prepare Offers and availability while pending.
- SuCo may ask for more information before approval, including government-ID or professional/licence proof for compliance. This identity/compliance verification is separate from the optional SuCo Verified public trust badge and from the mandatory payout/KYC verification required by the approved payment provider.
- You act for yourself. You are not SuCo's employee, contractor, agent or partner, and you set your own prices, schedule and content within these terms.
2. Identity, payouts and know-your-customer checks
Before you can withdraw earnings you complete payout setup with SuCo's approved payment provider. The payment provider verifies your identity, collects tax information and bank details, and may ask for documents. This payout/KYC verification is required when the approved payment provider requires it and is separate from the optional SuCo Verified badge. SuCo receives only your readiness status; we never see or store your bank account, ID images or full tax ID. You must provide truthful information and keep it current. Payments are not yet enabled on SuCo. Once payments are enabled, earnings may accrue while payout setup is incomplete but cannot be withdrawn.
3. Age and identity verification
- You must be 18 or older. A real date of birth is required for every provider and is checked by SuCo's database rules: without an 18+ date of birth on file, Offers cannot go live and payments cannot be received.
- Your Offers can go live and receive paid bookings, subscriptions or tips only after your identity check (government ID plus selfie, run by our identity-verification partner) is approved, or SuCo staff record a manual identity decision. Until then your status shows as verification required or pending.
- We may repeat or revoke verification if information changes or looks wrong.
4. Qualifications, licences and truthful listings
- You must describe the service you provide and your relevant experience or qualifications truthfully.
- If the law requires a licence or certification for what you offer, you must hold it and provide its details. Offers in categories SuCo marks as credential-required cannot go live until SuCo staff accept the credential.
- SuCo records what you provide and may review it, but does not independently certify providers unless a listing says a credential was checked by SuCo staff.
- Prices, durations and connection methods in your Offers must match what you actually deliver.
5. Prohibited content and services; moderation
You may not offer, upload, share or perform any of the following:
- Nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, and any sexual, erotic, escort, "adult" or romantic-for-pay service
- Anything involving or sexualising anyone under 18
- Illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, gambling and counterfeit items
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, fake reviews and misleading listings or qualifications
- Harassment, threats, hate, violence or gore, and promotion of self-harm
- Regulated professional services (for example medical, therapy, legal or financial advice) without the licence the law requires
- Content you don't own or have rights to use
- Taking payment or moving Connections off SuCo
- Anything that breaks the law or payment card network rules
You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload, and that anyone shown in it is an adult who agreed to appear. Uploaded photos and videos are screened automatically before others can see them (videos across the whole clip, including audio), and public text — bios, service descriptions, offers and posts — is checked automatically before it is published. Clearly acceptable content publishes automatically, clear violations are rejected, and only flagged or uncertain items — or items the automated check could not complete — are held for review by SuCo staff. Automatic screening does not catch everything, and anyone can report missed content; reports are reviewed by people on our team. Repeated confirmed violations suspend posting on the account. SuCo does not record calls and does not automatically screen all message text. The controls we use are reports, staff review, pausing a Connection, suspending accounts and removing content; messages and calls are blocked while a Connection is paused or an account is suspended.
SuCo may monitor, review, block, remove or disable any content, Offer, message, call or Connection, and may restrict, suspend or terminate any account, that is illegal, prohibited, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise breaks SuCo's rules or payment card network standards — with or without notice where safety or the law requires.
You are responsible for refunds SuCo approves and for chargebacks and disputes on your sales, as set out in the Refund Policy and Payments & Payouts Terms, and you must follow payment card network rules in what you sell and how you sell it. Card chargebacks and processor disputes arise only once payments are enabled with the approved payment processor; SuCo does not receive live chargeback feeds today.
6. What you must deliver
- Exactly what your Offer describes, at the scheduled time and for the stated duration where one applies.
- Show up on time for Book and Join sessions. A no-show refunds the member in full and is recorded on your reliability history; repeated no-shows may lead to restriction after SuCo staff review.
- Keep every session, coordination message and payment on SuCo. Off-platform payment for a SuCo Connection is prohibited.
- Keep companionship Offers platonic and non-physical, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy in what you sell and how you describe it.
- Hold and state any licence a restricted category requires where you and your buyer are located.
- Treat members with respect; the Community Guidelines apply to you as a seller.
7. Fees and what you keep
SuCo charges a configurable platform fee, shown in your Earnings and on the Payments & Payouts page, on each successful transaction. Responsibility and allocation for processing, refund, chargeback, payout/gateway and other applicable fees follows the approved processor's pricing and will be disclosed in the provider terms, earnings and checkout before live payments. Your estimated and final earnings will reflect the platform fee and any applicable processor charges under the approved payment arrangement. Joining, listing Offers and following are free.
8. Clearance, holds and reserves
These controls are built into SuCo's earnings records and apply to live earnings once payments are enabled with the approved payment processor. The current rolling reserve is 0%.
- Earnings are pending until the Connection is delivered, then clear after a hold whose length depends on your standing (new providers clear more slowly than established ones).
- SuCo may place a hold on part or all of your balance while a refund request, dispute, report or review is open, and may keep a rolling reserve (a small percentage held for a set number of days) where required by risk or our payment provider. Any reserve percentage and period in force is shown in your Earnings.
- Refunds and chargebacks approved after your earnings were released are recovered from your available balance or future earnings.
9. Taxes and legal compliance
You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes on what you earn, for any registrations your local law requires, and for complying with consumer, advertising and professional rules that apply to what you sell. SuCo does not collect tax forms itself. Once payments are enabled, any tax forms the payment processor or the law requires are collected by the processor during payout setup.
10. Content, reviews and reputation
You keep ownership of your content and license it to SuCo to operate the platform as described in the Terms of Service. Members who complete a Connection with you may leave a review; you may not buy, trade, coerce or retaliate against reviews. Your reliability record (completed sessions, cancellations, no-shows) informs clearance times and SuCo's review of your account. It is not shown publicly on your profile.
11. Restriction, suspension and leaving
- We may restrict (pause new purchases), suspend (pause provider features) or remove provider status for breaches of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Community Guidelines, for unresolved disputes, for payment-provider requirements or for legal reasons. You'll see the reason in Start Earning and can appeal from Settings.
- While you are restricted, existing Connections may continue so members receive what they paid for. If your account is suspended, or SuCo pauses a Connection for safety, messages and calls on it are blocked and SuCo may cancel or refund it.
- You can stop selling at any time by turning Offers off. Open Connections must still be delivered or refunded, and cleared earnings remain withdrawable after payout setup.
12. Changes to these terms
When we make material changes we update the version above and require providers to re-accept the current version before any new or re-activated Offer can go live; your acceptance is recorded with the version, date and time. Continuing to sell after a change means you accept it.
