Prohibited Industries & Activities
Everything SuCo never allows, and what is allowed only with conditions. This list summarises the Acceptable Use Policy; where they differ, the Acceptable Use Policy governs.

1. Prohibited — never allowed
Offering, requesting, arranging or paying for any of the following on SuCo is prohibited. Violations are removed and can lead to account suspension or termination.

| Dating, matchmaking and romance for pay | Paid dating or matchmaking services and any in-person meeting arranged for romantic or sexual purposes. |
| Minors | Accounts under 18, any content sexualising minors, and services directed at or delivered to minors. |
| Human trafficking and exploitation | Trafficking, coercion, forced labour or exploitation in any form. |
| Illegal drugs and controlled substances | Sales, sourcing or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances, drug paraphernalia sales, and services to obtain or use them. |
| Weapons, explosives and ammunition | Sales or brokering of weapons, explosives or ammunition, and instruction in manufacturing them. |
| Fraud and financial crime | Pyramid or MLM recruitment, "guaranteed returns", money-flipping, account trading, credential sales, identity documents, money laundering and cash-out schemes. |
| Gambling | Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, and paid prediction or betting-tip services. |
| Hate, harassment and threats | Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, and content that dehumanises people based on a protected characteristic. |
| Violence and self-harm | Violence, gore, self-harm promotion and dangerous challenges, including services that encourage them. |
| Impersonation and deception | Impersonating a person, brand or SuCo staff; fake credentials; fake reviews; misleading listings. |
| Intellectual-property infringement | Pirated media, counterfeit goods, and unlicensed resale of other people's courses or content. |
| Unlicensed regulated professional services | Medical diagnosis or treatment, clinical therapy or counselling, legal representation, tax or investment advice offered without the licence required where the provider and buyer are. |
| Physical goods and shipping | Sale, shipping or delivery of physical products. SuCo sells access to people's time and expertise only. |
| Payment circumvention | Off-platform payment handles or links, moving a SuCo buyer off-platform to pay, or splitting a Connection to avoid fees. |
| Anything illegal | Any activity that is illegal where the provider, the buyer or SuCo is located, or that breaks payment card network rules. |
2. Restricted — allowed only with conditions

| In-person sessions | Only for clearly non-romantic services (for example tutoring, fitness, photography) in public or professional settings; the Offer must say so and the provider must be SuCo Verified. Companionship meetings at private residences are prohibited. |
| Health, fitness and nutrition | Educational and motivational only; no diagnosis, prescription, or claims to treat or cure a condition. |
| Mental wellbeing and life coaching | Coaching and peer support only; not described as therapy, counselling or treatment unless the provider is licensed and states it. |
| Financial, legal, tax and immigration topics | General education only unless the provider is licensed and states the licence and jurisdiction on the Offer. |
| Alcohol, cannabis and tobacco topics | Educational discussion for adults only; no sales, sourcing, or consumption on camera as the product. |
| Spiritual services | Allowed as entertainment; no claims to cure, guarantee outcomes, or replace medical or financial advice. |
| Political, religious and cause-based content | Allowed; fundraising for third parties and paid political messaging are not. |
3. Messages, calls and in-person meetings
- Private messages: images and videos sent in messages are screened automatically before delivery. Message text is not automatically screened. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted; SuCo staff can review a conversation when it is reported or needed to resolve a dispute or safety issue.
- Voice and video calls: calls run in private SuCo call rooms limited to the Connection's participants and open only for the booked window. Calls are not recorded, transcribed or monitored live. Call conduct is handled through reports, blocking, pausing the Connection and account enforcement.
- In-person meetings: SuCo does not verify meeting locations or provide physical check-ins. In-person rules are enforced through Offer review, automated screening of public Offer text, reports, removal and account enforcement.
- Reporting and blocking: every profile, post, Offer, message, Connection and review has a Report control. Reports go to SuCo staff for review; blocking immediately stops messaging between the two accounts.

Reports about content or members can be filed in-product from any profile, post, Offer, message or Connection, and account decisions can be appealed from your account.
