SuCo platform policy

Privacy Policy

SuCo is a social platform where money moves between real people, so we keep the sensitive parts private by default and collect only what the platform needs to work safely.

Effective date
August 31, 2026
Operator
J5 Cleaning Services LLC, operating the SuCo platform and brand at MySuCo.app

1. What we collect

  • Account information — email address, username, display name, password or the social login you chose, your age confirmation, and your timezone.
  • Profile and content — your bio, headline, categories, avatar and cover images, posts, media you upload, and the Offers you publish.
  • Marketplace activity — follows, purchases, Connections, bookings, subscriptions, tips, reviews, fulfillment and no-show outcomes, and reliability history.
  • Messages — the private conversations attached to your Connections.
  • Payment and payout records — transaction amounts, currency, fees, ledger entries, payout status, and processor identifiers. Full card numbers and bank details go to Stripe, not to SuCo.
  • Trust and safety data — reports you file or receive, enforcement history, appeals, and technical signals such as IP address, device and browser information used to detect fraud and abuse.
  • Technical data — log and error data generated when you use the platform.

2. What stays private

Your email address, payout details, identity-verification data, account standing, enforcement history, private messages and purchase history are not shown on your public profile. Public information is limited to what a social profile needs: your username, display name, headline and bio, avatar and cover, categories, public posts, published Offers, follower counts and eligible reviews.

The platform enforces this at the database level, not only in the interface — sensitive columns are not readable by other members.

3. How we use your data

  • Operate your account, feed, follows, Offers, Connections and conversations.
  • Take payments, calculate the 12% platform fee and actual processing fees, and pay Providers out.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, spam and prohibited activity.
  • Review reports, make enforcement decisions and handle appeals.
  • Send transactional and account notifications about your Connections, payments and standing.
  • Keep records we are required to keep for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
  • Fix bugs, improve reliability and understand aggregate usage of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to advertisers.

4. Payment and identity data (Stripe)

Payments, payout onboarding and identity verification are handled by Stripe as an independent processor. Stripe collects the card, bank and identity information it needs to meet financial regulations, and it applies its own privacy policy to that data. SuCo receives only the transaction and account-status records it needs to run the marketplace ledger. SuCo staff cannot see your full payment credentials.

5. Who can see what

  • Anyone on the internet: your public profile, public posts, published Offers, and eligible reviews.
  • Followers and subscribers: content you restricted to those audiences.
  • Connection participants: the private conversation for that Connection and the details of that Connection.
  • SuCo trust and safety: content and records needed to review a report, dispute or payment issue.
  • Service providers: hosting, database, storage, email delivery and payment processing partners acting on our instructions.
  • Authorities: where we are legally required to disclose, or to address an urgent risk to someone's safety.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, keep your session secure, and remember basic preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles about you.

7. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account exists. Transaction, ledger, payout, report and enforcement records are kept longer where we need them for financial, tax, safety or legal reasons, including after an account is closed. Terminated accounts are retained rather than erased so that enforcement decisions and money records remain auditable.

When you close your own account from Settings, we erase your display name, username, photos, bio, location and languages, withdraw your posts, deactivate your Offers, unpublish your provider profile, and delete your follows, interests, availability and notifications. Your payment, payout, Connection, review, message, support and enforcement records remain, linked to an anonymised account, for the reasons above. You cannot close your account while money or obligations are outstanding — for example an unwithdrawn balance, a pending payment or payout, an open Connection, or an active subscription.

8. Your choices and rights

You can edit or remove most profile content, posts and media at any time, cancel subscriptions from your Connections, control availability and Offer visibility, block other members, and review your account standing and appeal a decision.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be made through SuCo Support inside your account, or — if you cannot sign in — through our public Contact Support form. We may need to verify who you are, and we may keep records we are legally required to keep.

9. Security

Access to data is restricted per-account by database-level row security, private media buckets, and server-side checks on anything sensitive. No system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password, keep your login private, and contact us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

10. Children

SuCo is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove access and delete or restrict the associated data as appropriate.

11. International transfers

SuCo is operated from the United States, and your data is processed there by us and our service providers. If you use SuCo from elsewhere, you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and surface the change in the product. Privacy questions and data requests go through SuCo Support inside your account, or our public Contact Support form if you cannot sign in. See also our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
